This Moment {Friday, March 15, 2013}

My moment this week has no image I can share here. Nathan Christopher entered the world Tuesday night in a very dramatic way. Walking into the dim hospital room, seeing Erin holding Nate while Chris stood beside her - hearing Erin video chat with her boys back home. Hearing the love in her voice, seeing the love on Chris's face, feeling the love in the room. Knowing I'd been invited in to that intimate, glorious time by people I cherish and love deeply.  Yep, that's my moment.

The one pictured below wasn't too shabby either. Life is good.

Day in the Life {January 28, 2013}

I enjoyed the "Day of Twelve" idea, so I thought we'd give it another shot on a random Monday. This time I took pictures (via Instagram, my new boyfriend) each hour on the hour between 6:00am and 9:00pm. It was exactly what we were doing at that moment. Wouldn't it be neat to do this each month -- making our way through each day in the week -- to capture this season of life? Instagram makes it easy enough. Maybe I can remember to do it.

A Day of Twelve

December 12, 2012. 12-12-12. It happens once in a century.

This century we're lucky enough to have Instagram. Katy over at No Big Dill issued a challenge: every hour at the 12-minute mark, take a picture of what you're up to and share it.

When I finally remembered a few hours after we woke up, it was fun to document the day this way. It was also fun to follow along with everybody else who participated.

Here was our once-in-a-lifetime day of twelves.
